A Nobu Su-controlled entity has filed a challenge nearly 11 months after a US judge dismissed its lawsuit against RBS Securities over control of a chunk of Star Bulk Carriers shares.
F5 Capital, a holding company for the Taiwanese shipping tycoon, lodged an appeal in the US Second Circuit Court of Appeals, court records show.
The 2014 lawsuit had accused RBS Securities of conversion, civil theft, negligence and other claims for the investment bank's allegedrefusal to turn over 414,000 shares of Nasdaq-listed Star Bulk Carriers.
