Lorenzo Shipping has won a PHP 2bn ($37.4m) tax dispute with the Philippines internal revenue.
BusinessWorld reported that the court of tax appeals ruled in favour of the container line.
The company, which has 11 vessels, saw its stock rise as much as 13% as a result.
