Affiliates of Delta Tankers and Taleveras Group have reached a settlement agreement to put an end to a lawsuit in Delaware over a chartering dispute.
The companies' lawyers jointly filed papers in a US federal court dismissing all claims in the case.
Pontiaki Special Maritime, a shipowning affiliate of Greece’s Delta, had been pursuing the case in an effort to seize $1.41m in Taleveras cash held by several commodities companies in Delaware.
