Swiber’s judicial managers say the Singapore offshore vessel owner is facing $197m in claims amid its court-supervised restructuring.
The new figure released by the court-appointed managers at accounting firm KPMG shows the claims have jumped by $61.1m in a week.
“The company is currently seeking legal advice on the above claims,” the judicial managers said in a filing with the Singapore Exchange.
