Digital investment company Yieldstreet has reached a settlement agreement to end a class-action lawsuit over embattled ship recycling financing.
The deal with investors will see the private investment platform pay out $6.2m in cash, on top of $2.75m in forgiven fees, court records show.
Terms of the settlement leave the door open for the investors to pursue litigation against other parties to recover their losses.
