Exiled businessman Vitaly Arkhangelsky has lost his latest court battle against the bankers he accused of selling his company’s Russian port assets for a fraction of their value.
The Russian founder of Oslo Marine Group failed to persuade a High Court judge sitting in London that St Petersburg Bank and corrupt city officials were behind a rigged auction of assets connected to two terminals he valued at $378m.
