A row has erupted among UK regulators following the collapse of law firm Axiom Ince in 2023.
The Legal Services Board (LSB) has criticised the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)’s actions before it closed down the company.
When Axiom Ince stopped trading in October 2023, about £60m ($78m) in client money was missing and 1,400 people lost their jobs.
