Three companies are chasing Medmar for more than $3.7m after the Greek charterer abruptly closed its doors in late September.
Dan-Bunkering, Cockett Marine Oil and Moran Towing are looking to garnish property and funds held by Medmar, according to court papers filed in Maryland federal court last week.
