Respected London maritime barrister Simon Kverndal QC passed away on 14 June 2020 after suffering from cancer.
Quadrant Chambers, which he joined as a barrister in 1984, said: “Simon’s generosity, good humour and friendship will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Our thoughts are with Simon’s family.”
Quadrant colleague Michael Howard QC, wrote on the chambers’ website that Simon bore his illness with discretion and cheerfulness over more than two years, only telling a few of his intimates.
