Norway's Supreme Court has declined to hear a further appeal by staff that were fired by offshore support vessel owner GC Rieber when it liquidated a crewing subsidiary.
Some 17 former staff have been pursuing legal action against GC Rieber Crewing and GC Rieber Shipping, but lost an appeal in September when the Gulating court ruled in favour of the shipowner.
