The founder of Singapore’s second-largest bunker firm has reportedly been charged with taking part in a large-scale theft of oil from Shell’s largest refinery in the city state.
Pai Keng Pheng, the founder of Sentek Marine & Trading, was charged with abetting the offence of dishonestly receiving stolen property, reported The Business Times.
