Singapore police have arrested 11 seafarers over an alleged illegal bunker deal.
Crew aged between 31 and 52 from two tugs were held last week, police said,
Six were from a domestic vessel and the other five from an overseas ship.
They were arrested off Northern Tuas in a joint operation with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA).
