Another claim has been filed against George Logothetis and Libra Group by investors in two of Lomar Shipping's containerships.
The claim was filed this month by investor Ramon Uriarte Inchausti and his company Urincha, plus Norwegian shipping firm Carl Olsense Tankrederij.
The lawsuit concerns three equity tracker fee agreements (ETFAs — see factbox below) that were issued by Libra to the investors, similar to another claim previously reported by TradeWinds.
