Royal Caribbean is suing the US subsidiary of an Indian travel agent, alleging it stiffed local businesses after signing a contract to provide activities to passengers.
In the lawsuit, filed in Miami federal court last Friday, Royal Caribbean said it contracted with Cox & Kings to schedule shore excursions, tours and other activities for passengers on its luxury Azamara Destination Immersion brand cruises.
