Four cruise lines under fire for sailing to Cuba allege that Havana Docks Corp misrepresented its holdings to the US government more than 50 years ago.
Attorneys for Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Carnival Corp and MSC Cruises filed a 77-page presentation in the US federal court for the Southern District of Florida last week arguing that the lawsuits against them — which could total more than $100m — should be thrown out.
