Norwegian seismic and carbon storage survey shipowner PGS has announced a big win at arbitration in London.
The Oslo-listed company said it had clinched an award of $40m, including late interest payment and legal costs.
PGS filed two arbitration claims following a dispute over transfer fees under several data license agreements.
