Jailed ex-shipowner Nobu Su has — for the first time — shown willingness to repay the $57m judgment debt he still owes and to apologise for his actions.
London's Court of Appeal, however, refused to grant Su permission to challenge his prison sentence at a hearing on Tuesday.
