Maritime arbitration panels in London need clearer powers to apply orders like freezing injunctions, according to a top shipping barrister.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Arbitration Act 1996, and the UK's Law Commission is currently looking at ways to improve the statute, which governs tribunals in England and Wales.
