US satellite company Spire Global is dropping its lawsuit over oil consultancy Kpler’s $241m takeover of its maritime business — on one condition.
The two sides agreed a sale in November, but Spire went to court in the US in February over fears that Kpler was getting cold feet on the deal.
It sued Kpler to force a closing of the transaction.
