Ince Group's Singapore unit Incisive Law is beefing up its admiralty practice with two new recruits.
Extra-master mariner Binoy Dubey is joining the law firm as admiralty manager from Reed Smith, where he held the same role.
He has extensive seagoing and onshore maritime and legal claims handling experience and is a recognised expert in ice navigation, Ince said.
