After five years of legal wrangles, two Greek shipbroking houses have managed to secure a $380,000 fee from a shipowner who claimed he did not owe them anything for arranging the sale of a bulk carrier.
Intelligence Trade & Consultancy Maritime (ITCM) and George Moundreas & Co have reached an out-of-court settlement to reclaim the full commission owed, plus legal expenses, ITCM said in a statement to TradeWinds.
