A California freight forwarding company is suing a former Uber executive, accusing him of stealing company secrets to set up his own firm backed by some of the biggest names in tech.
Vanguard Logistics Services sued London-based Beacon Technologies and its chief executive Fraser Robinson on Tuesday in the US court for the Central District of California, accusing him of weaselling his way into the company with the ultimate aim of setting up a competitor.
