Jiangsu Singapore chartered the Foremost-managed 178,000-dwt Ping May (built 2010) in May to carry coal from Australia to China but has been unable to discharge the cargo due to import limits, according to a lawsuit in the US federal court for the Eastern District of Louisiana last week.
