A VLCC arrested in Singapore looks set to be released shortly, following a ruling by the High Court in London ordering Brazilian state energy company Petrobras to pay $76m in security.
The order is part of legal fight under way in London and Singapore that has seen the vessel's owner, charterers and cargo interests disputing over who must pay up to secure the tanker's release.
