US tanker brokerage Dietze & Associates has come to terms with a disgruntled former partner who sued it for $1.38m in retirement benefits he claims are owed to him after 23 years’ service.
Word of a settlement has been noted in the court docket by Superior Court Judge Barry Stevens in Fairfield Judicial District, Connecticut, where the lawsuit was filed.
