The Singapore High Court ruled against two local tanker operators on Thursday, more than five years after the arrest of their ships as in the fallout of the OW Bunker collapse.
Judge Pang Khang Chau ruled that bills of lading that Singapore bunker tanker operators United Maritime and HW Shipping signed when loading OW cargoes left them liable for the damages claimed by sellers when Danish marine fuels giant failed to pay its bills.
