Norway's Nordic Maritime Services (NMS) has succeeded in arresting a vessel linked to Saudi Arabia's AK Al Bakri & Sons in its long-running battle to enforce a UK High Court judgment.
The company told TradeWinds it had secured an arrest order for the 35,000-cbm LPG carrier Al Jabirah (built 2007) in Sikka, India, on Monday.
This has been issued by the admiralty jurisdiction of the Gujarat High Court at Ahmedabad.
