Hokoku Marine of Japan appears to be the seller of a capesize bulker to GoodBulk.
Oslo over-the-counter listed GoodBulk announced the purchase of a 2007-built bulker of 174,000-dwt earlier this week.
Brokers now point to the Ocean Commander, first ordered at SWS by NYK Line, as the vessel involved.
VesselsValue presently prices the ship at $20.1m, with brokers suggesting a similar figure in today's market in which capesizes are proving tricky to value.
