Karadeniz of Turkey has sold for demolition another former combination carrier for what brokers describe as an "excellent" price.
The 109,000-dwt Karadeniz Powership Esra Sultan (built 1996) has gone "as is" for recycling in Bangladesh for $410 per ldt or $7.5m.
The ship was equipped as a floating power station after Kardeniz bought it as SKS Tana from Kristian Gerhard Jebsen Skipsrederi of Norway in March 2016 for $7m.
