JP Morgan Global Maritime has bought one of the kamsarmaxes from the former fleet of Japan’s United Ocean Group.
The 82,000-dwt United World (built 2013) was sold for $21.3m.
The ship was open for inspections in Busan, Korea, till today.
The deal was swiftly completed by the trustees of United Ocean.
TradeWinds wrote last month that United World would be sold for between $21m and $22m.
