The leaders of the newly formed NorthStandard protection and indemnity club have credited the work of a sports psychologist for “supercharging” their relationship as they brought together two organisations with a combined history of more than 300 years.
Joint managing directors Paul Jennings and Jeremy Grose were formerly chief executives of the North P&I Club and Standard Club, respectively, before being thrown together to plan and execute the merger completed in February last year.
