Britannia, the protection-and-indemnity provider for the container ship behind the Baltimore bridge disaster, has announced a minimum targeted 7.5% increase for premiums renewed in 2025.
The club did not mention the disaster — which is likely to become the largest maritime claim in history —in a circular to members, but the proposed increase is the highest of the 10 International Group clubs that have so far announced their plans for February.
