Recently launched McGill and Partners is making waves in marine insurance as a bespoke broker with a very tech-savvy approach.
The new brokerage business was started last year by former Aon executive Steve McGill, who has quickly gathered a team of about 200 brokers, including a marine team of 12. As a whole, the business has rung up more than $250m in premiums.
