Lloyd’s of London has completed a three-month consultation over plans to overhaul its disciplinary procedures for bullying and sexual harassment after a string of scandals linked to the insurance marketplace.

The plans follow the rare public exposure by the organisation of bad behaviour in March 2022 when it ordered underwriter Atrium to pay more than £1.5m ($1.94m) after it concluded there had been a systematic campaign of bullying against a junior female member of staff.
