The crew of a Mercator ship anchored at the Indian port of Mumbai has sent out a plea for supplies after a scheduled auction was delayed by the Indian lockdown.
The 47,000-dwt tanker Prem Mala (built 2000) has been put up for sale by creditor UTI Capital which arrested the vessel three months ago. The tanker remains at anchor off Mumbai awaiting auction.
