North P&I Club has diversified into the hull and machinery market as it forges ahead with its business development plans on the back of strong finances.
The Newcastle-based protection and indemnity mutual has taken on James Sutton as class underwriter and Alex Fuller as senior underwriting executive to head up its new hull and machinery insurance company.
Dubbed North Hull, it will operate from North P&I’s recently opened London outpost based in Lloyd’s Avenue.
