UK shipping insurers Britannia P&I and UK P&I Club have strengthened their overseas teams with new recruits in the US and Greece.
Britannia said the launch of B Americas P&I as an exclusive correspondent in New York underlined its commitment to the North American market.
It will be run by Michael Unger, a maritime lawyer and partner at Freehill Hogan & Mahar, who has extensive litigation and arbitration experience.
