Maritime security firm Ambrey has launched its own war risk insurance line to provide cover for shipowners travelling to some of the world’s most volatile areas.
The new business — Ambrey Global Speciality (AGS) — will focus on providing insurance for ships travelling through designated high-risk areas including the Gulf of Guinea, parts of the Black Sea and the Gulf of Aden.
