Hyundai Heavy Industries is expected to soon sell ore/oil carrier having purchased the ship at auction.
Market sources say the shipbuilder bought the vessel for around $45m.
The ship, which has been under arrest, is priced at $48.5m by VesselsValue.
People watching the activity suggest Hyundai Heavy Industries will now look to sell the ship privately.
