Horizon Tankers of Greece has flipped a third ageing aframax tanker in a month, reaping total estimated asset-play profits of more than $5m.
Benefiting from stronger tanker values, US brokers said the company sold the 115,000-dwt Camelia (built 2004) for $14.25m. Soechi Lines of Indonesia has been named as a possible buyer.
The Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries-built tanker has recently passed dry-docking.
