Gruppo Scerni has exited shipowning following the sale of its 110,000-dwt tankers SN Olivia (built 2010) and SN Claudia (built 2009) to International Andromeda Shipping for an undisclosed price.
Paolo Scerni, chief executive of the Italian shipping company, is also moving to the Monaco headquarters of Andromeda, where he is already a shareholder.
