Grieg Star has made a rare excursion into the secondhand bulker market acquiring a semi open hatch vessel.
The Norwegian owner has acquired the 50,790-dwt Samos Majesty (now Star Majesty, built 2009) from Greece’s Samos Steamship.
The ship was sold for $15m. VesselsValue values it at $11.4m.
