Gener8 Maritime is said to be moving closer to the sale of two aframax tankers as it continues fleet renewal efforts
Sales speculation has surrounded the 106,600-dwt sisters Gener8 Elektra and Gener8 Daphne (both built 2002) since March.
While TradeWinds has previously reported that earlier expectations of the sale were premature, market sources now say a deal for Daphne has been concluded.
