Wartsila is paying at least SEK 280m ($34.5m) to take over Sweden's Puregas Solutions.
The company, with subsidiaries in Germany, Denmark, the UK and the US, is described as a provider of biogas upgrading, using a unique process to convert raw gas into biomethane and renewable natural gas.
The transaction value is SEK 280m ($34.5m), with an additional maximum of SEK 70m to be paid depending on performance in the coming year.
