Commodities trader Vitol has broken new ground after inking a long-term charter for an LNG carrier newbuilding with Christos Economou's TMS Cardiff Gas.
The trader announced Sunday that it has chartered the 174,000-cbm vessel, which is under construction at Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI), for a 10-year period.
