Allowing ship-to-ship transfers in Norwegian waters from Yamal LNG undercuts Europe’s energy diversification efforts, the US State Department has warned.
Last week Sovcomflot completed the transfer of 170,000-cbm of gas its 170,200-cbm Pskov (built 2014) from the 172,600-cbm Vladimir Rusanov (built 2018) off the Norwegian Arctic port of Honningsvag.
