Trafigura has its eyes on Pakistan FSRU

Trafigura wants a larger slice of Pakistan’s burgeoning LNG market and an FSRU is one of the options on the table.

The commodities giant already has a minority stake in the regasification project which utilizes the BW Group’s FSRU BW Integrity.

“We plan to develop a second LNG import terminal project in Pakistan, also at Port Qasim, with a jetty, berth and a second FSRU,” Trafigura told TradeWinds in a short statement.
