Teekay LNG Partners has confirmed reports that it has secured a new three-year charter for one of its LNG carriers.
It said the 165,500-cbm Magellan Spirit (built 2009) had been chartered by an integrated oil and gas company starting in the summer of 2019.
However, the US-listed MLP declined to disclose any financial details, or the identity of the charter counter-party.
