Skangas signed a deal with Finland's ESL Shipping to provide liquefied natural gas to two handysize bulkers that will begin trading next year.
ESL, a division within Finnish conglomerate Aspo, took delivery of the first of the two ice-class 1A ships in June, the 26,000-dwt Vikki (built 2017). Its sister ship will delivered from Jinling shipyard in September.
Both ships will start operating in the Baltic and North Seas at the start of 2018.
