Energy major Shell has taken delivery of its second chartered-in M-type electronically-controlled gas-injection (ME-GI) LNG carrier newbuilding from Teekay LNG Partners and given it a historic name.
Shell International Trading and Shipping Co said the 174,000-cbm Murex joined the company’s technically-managed fleet last week.
The company has already taken delivery of its first ME-GI LNG vessel, the 174,000-cbm Macoma.
